Frequently asked questions.
What clients usually ask before starting a project. Cannot find your answer? Send us a message.
How long does a website take?
A business website usually takes 3–6 weeks. E-commerce sites, booking systems and web applications take 6–12 weeks depending on features. The exact timeline is set out in your quote and contract.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the number of pages, features and how custom the design is. After a short call we send a detailed, itemised quote so you know exactly what you are paying for.
What does the process look like?
Four steps: discovery and quote, design for your approval, development and content, then testing and launch. You review and give feedback at every step.
Do I need my content ready first?
It helps to have your logo, company details and photos of your products or work. If you do not, we can help write content and suggest images.
How do hosting and domains work?
We offer recurring hosting and maintenance plans that cover the server, backups, security updates and monitoring. FEB Digi registers and manages the servers and infrastructure accounts directly; you use the service for the period you have paid for. The renewal cycle is set out in your contract and we email you before each expiry date.
Do I own the website when it is finished?
Ownership of, or the right to use, the design, content and source code made for you is set out in your contract once you have paid in full. Server accounts registered by FEB Digi are not part of the handover. If you move to another provider, the source code and data are handed over according to your contract, and migration support may be charged if it is not part of your agreed plan.
Is the website SEO-ready and mobile friendly?
Yes. Every site is built for mobile, fast loading and technical SEO (page structure, sitemap, meta tags, Google Search Console and Analytics).
Can I edit the content myself?
Yes. Your website comes with an admin area where you can update posts, services, projects and images. We show you how to use it at handover.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer against an invoice, usually in stages for larger projects. Vietnamese invoices include a VietQR code for quick payment.
Where do you work with clients?
We work with clients in Australia and Vietnam, in English and Vietnamese, and online with clients anywhere else.
